If a problem with your product cannot be resolved via telephone and a FRU part is required, a technician will be dispatched to arrive at your location.
Note: The customer is responsible for replacing CRUs upon receiving from Lenovo. FRUs are still installed by a technician. Parts Delivered Service is a new name for IOL (IBM Onsite Limited)
